Appetizer: marcarpone and lox on crackers. Capers, cracked black pepper, and olive oil drizzled over the top. Cold shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon.
Pasta with creamy red pepper sauce and sausage bits. Chopped basil, ciligene, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes over the top. I made the red pepper sauce a few nights ago.
Kombucha: ginger lemon.
Dessert: Half a red velvet cupcake and Earl Grey tea.

(26,077 posts)Lime Lassi. I slept all day basically. I did wake up this morning and had my traditional English muffin with Boursin gournay and olives, V-8 over ice.
Then I had a hot chocolate made with evaporated milk and I think it put me in a sugar coma because I fell back asleep and didn't wake up until almost 1700.
I'm already back under the covers with my electric mattress pad cranked up and in heaven. I can hear the freezing rain hitting the window. Wish me sweet dreams.
