Cream cheese on pizza!!!??? I had no idea!

Ordered from a new place today and chose what they said was a customer favorite.

Pepperoni, jalapenos, cream cheese (in 1/2" cubes) and mozzarella.

SO good!

Might have to give it a try - but first, was it straight cream cheese or did they add anything to it?

It looks like they cut it up into cubes... maybe two per slice... and they still hold a hint of the cube shape when it's done. Does cream cheese melt? Do they drop the cubes on mid-cooking? I don't know.

It was just a surprising bite of creamy goodness.

Hope you try it any report back!!

I baked pizzas for MrsK and LilBit, often.
Had to talk MrsK into, the first time, I added Ricotta, bought at grocery, it looks like sour cream, in same section.
I want eat pizza without Ricotta, I always have a tub, in my fridge. Mozzarella melts, ricotta , just blobs, and stays on top
