La Coliniere
(1,143 posts)Steam fried in evoo and veggie broth: diced celery, carrots, sliced broccoli and cauliflower, chopped shallots, onions, and minced garlic. When almost done add chopped fresh tomatoes and cooked black, navy beans and steamed peas. Turn off heat and add fresh thyme springs and chopped parsley. Let stand for 10 minutes. Take out sprigs. Mix with cooked brown basmati rice. S&P to taste. We like to use hot sauce with this dish. Iced green tea with lemon. Cheers! 🥂
