Well my usual 2 rashers of bacon then an egg fried in the grease, over medium and toast and hot tea

I made cream sauce, slice and added a pack of chipped beef. I made a loaf of bread yesterday, so fresh buttered toast cut into bite-sized pieces.

Black coffee.
