Pumpkin muffins, toasted.
Pomegranate kombucha.
Half cup of chocolate marshmallow ice cream. Decaf coffee.

Im refinishing our bathtub so Ive ordered take out bbq. Pulled pork & chicken sandwich with Cole slaw and baked beans.
The enamel stinks to high heaven!

I added mixed vegetables, onions, garlic and salsa. Sort of like Spanish Chicken

Wild caught sockeye salmon fillets brushed with evoo and simply broiled with a few spices. Whole wheat couscous tossed with Miyokos butter, steamed string beans, onions, sliced mushrooms and garlic as the side. Iced green tea with lemon as usual. Dairy free caramel swirl ice cream for dessert.
