Eggs, creme fraiche, shredded cheddar, sliced sausage, chopped chives.

Using banana, tangerine, and mango. Put chia seeds and toasted coconut on top. A few blueberries and toasted almonds. I prepped all this last night.

Toast with olive oil butter.

Cold dark Chinese tea.
