(10,794 posts)made with leftover orange-glazed pork chops, a recipe from the NYTimes I do not recommend. Sounded good, but it made a huge mess and cleaning the frying pan afterwards was a challenge.
The leftovers were good, though, with a bit of Korean chile pepper added.

(10,794 posts)Chop it into small bits, saute with onions and whatever spices seem to fit, serve in heated tortillas with cheese or sour cream or lettuce or fresh tomatoes or cilantro. (That's OR, not XOR, for you logicians). It helps that we can get a huge stack of fresh tortillas from a local tortilleria and freeze them to use as needed.
