I just whipped up a little recipe, enjoy! (It should store ok for 6 months under refrigeration - not sure how long otherwise. Preferable to store the items separately and mix together when ready to use.)

In theory, you could go on a crash diet eating nothing but this plus a multivitamin. Probably not a good idea though - but if you substituted 1/6 bag, 3 times a day for snacks between meals it should help anyone looking to lose weight or maintain.

Substitute 1/5 bag (about 1 cup) for breakfast, and make three 1/2 cup bags to snack on between meals. That would use up 1 full bag every two days.
