Just back from my appointment and now I'm watching Madoc try to hack up a hairball

The appointment was good. I'm getting a boost in strength for my anti-depression medication. I had forgotten to mention, in my last post, that today is also the 10th anniversary of my mom's death. That, and my anxiety about the incoming icy weather, made this the ideal day for me to see her.

I see my regular therapist on the 17th.

Now I feel like taking a nap but I'd better eat something, first.
