Great video: "Stutz"

This is on Netflix, but there is a free trial for anyone who doesn't have it or can't afford it.

A therapist friend told me about this & urged me to watch it.

Stutz also has a website with tons of free "tools," guided meditations & such. Listed at the end in the credits.

Oh, there is some language, as he is quite candid.

being open and honest about mental health. I read he decided not to promote or do the usual press campaigns for his films because of the toll it takes on his mental health.
I'm also looking forward to see his latest film, You People, starring Eddie Murphy, David Duchovny and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
