Interesting comment on anxiety/depression meds from a mental health podcast host.

I will say about 30 yrs ago Zoloft helped me for awhile but doesn’t seem to stay working very long.

I just recently got this thing called a Fisher Wallace device that apparently massages your brain electrical activity. In conjunction with hypnosis, not in person, recordings, I actually think it's working.

It sounds like he expected medication to fix everything. Medication by itself is not going to stop you from feeling like a piece of shit.
