Has anyone had luck with the PAN reimbursement

it's the foundation that supposedly helps to defray the cost of cancer treatment. We have submitted what we thought was the needed paperwork 3 times so far and our request keeps getting denied due to our not knowing what the paperwork exactly is.

First submission was via their website and was in Oct. When I called to follow up, they said it looked good, had everything needed, but had somehow gotten "stuck" in the portal system, but was now being forwarded through.

The next time I contected them, they said that it had gone through but been denied because my attachments were too blurry to read, supposedly because their processing somehow involved re-scanning them (there was definitely nothing wrong with them in the PDF I'd submitted).

I hope snail mail works better. Meanwhile I've received about 1,013 emails from them asking me to donate to them.
