In my meeting this morning the facilitator had a great idea. Doing a mental gratitude list before going to sleep every night. What a great way to sail into slumberland! I'm going to start doing this tonight.

My rule is you have to have different blessings. Cant say over and over, my children are a blessing without adding something different.

(38,726 posts)7. Today I told my doctor, that I was grateful to be alive and well, and be able to walk up the stairs.
I am grateful to be alive and well...mental gratitude list before going to sleep.. IS A GREAT IDEA.
