Can the new GQP alter the ACA?

Is the new GQP House able to intervene with the ACA, taking into consideration the RW SCOTUS?

I know Social Security is now on the table, is the ACA also in trouble if Kev and his supporters are now the ones who make the decisions?

Any altering of the ACA HAS to have Senate approval is what I read, so NO
