Russia's energy grip meets resistance in Balkans - Eastern Express - TVP WORLD



U.S. sanctions on Russian energy giants have pushed Bulgaria’s and Serbia’s largest oil refineries into crisis, threatening fuel supplies and economic stability across the Balkans.
