Going out on a limb

This link, http://www.slideshare.net/megansmith84/make-your-car-run-on-water-10625827?from=share_email, I am posting was sent to me by a dear friend. I want to know if anyone here has any real experience with this product or knows about it. I jumped in and ordered the kit/blueprints and will report back when I complete installation.
