This 600-Mile Liquid Hydrogen eVTOL Just Got A 20-Aircraft Order

The 600-Mile Vertiia Just Made All Other eVTOLs Obsolete

What if the future of flight isn't batteries—but something far more powerful already flying today?

For years, the dream of "flying cars" has been held back by one massive limitation: battery weight. While every other company is struggling to get 50 or 60 miles of range, a new aircraft called the Vertiia just changed the equation. By using hydrogen, it doesn't just work around the battery problem—it skips it entirely.

With a 600-mile range and operating costs up to 70% cheaper than a traditional helicopter, the Vertiia isn't just an alternative; it's a replacement. In today’s video, we’re looking at the aircraft that has already flown over 150 times and is quietly making every other flying taxi idea look outdated.

Inside this video:

The Battery Wall: Why current eVTOLs are struggling to be practical.

The Hydrogen Reset: How Vertiia achieved a 600-mile range while others barely hit 60.

Helicopter Killer: Breaking down the 70% reduction in operating costs.

150 Successful Flights: Why this isn't a concept, but a reality already in testing.

Is hydrogen the "reset button" aviation has been waiting for?

Australian Designed Long Range Hydrogen-Electric Aircraft

Vertiia is powered by hydrogen, and provides fast emissions-free air transport.

Vertiia takes off and lands vertically like a helicopter, with the highest levels of safety.

Vertiia uses less energy per seat than a high-speed train.

Vertiia will save lives as an air ambulance and emergency response vehicle.

Vertiia will quietly revolutionise passenger and cargo transit in regional and urban areas.

By 1999 I was pretty disillusioned, but I still partied like it was 1999. After all, by 2020 we'd all just be working from home for a few hours a day. Okay, that kind of happened. Now I just hope we'll see a person walk on the Moon in our lifetimes. And would it kill them to deliver groceries to my porch with a drone?
