You are not defined by:

--Your $$$$ in salary

--Your height in inches

---Your weight in pounds

--Your age in years

You ALSO are not defined by the women in your lives. Men are fine by themselves, can do anything by themselves and do not need a woman to correct a damn thing about themselves.

--Just a friendly reminder, so keep your head up at all times.

it may seem silly, but it's nice to hear that once in a while, because it feels that all I am is a balance sheet.
that my only intrinsic value, since im not a breeder, is what I can make.
that because im fat i have no social value to anyone.

That is a list of "not defined by" items.

What is on the list of "defined by" terms/items/qualities?

I can only think of a few things that define me at this point in my life, none of them pretty.

Those are just some by which I judge men.

I added it however, because I felt it also adds to who the person is (I also use the same list for women). Like you, I have problems with it too.

You ought to respect yourself for the many things that are obvious to the rest of us, such as your emotional resilience and your cooking. Undoubtedly there are many more, the point is to accept those attributes and demand your own respect on that basis.
