The message its obvious: female sexuality is cute and harmless. Male sexuality is dark and frightening and wrong.

Anyone else think there's a bit of a racial component to it as well? Kind of harkens back to the early days of Rock n Roll, with the attitude that black music was overtly sexual and "animalistic" or something... (maybe I'll be better able to articulate what I mean after some more coffee lol)
