...Tricky Dickie did that in 1972.

The more I watch the 2018 Republicans/teabaggers, the more I'm reminded of the 1972 Democrats, when the convention was such an unmitigated disaster that George McGovern didn't get on to make his acceptance speech until around 2:30AM...Yikes!
