Illegality? There is an antinepotism statute that will also prevent her from naming Bill to any paid position in the Administration.

The 22nd Amendment only refers to being elected president more than twice. (This has not been legally tested, obviously; but there are strong arguments both ways.)

I don't want someone who runs a purely retail operation. Google is a tech company and Starbucks has a large manufacturing arm. I'd really like Tim Cook of Apple - but he's too shy to be comfortable in a position where you have to mingle as much as a vice-president does.

One of his aides just went to work with the Hillary Campaign. The guy is sharp and doesn't carry any baggage. Plus, he'd be an asset for carrying his swing state.
