We need a constitutional amendment on voting

We need a constitutional requirement that All election outcomes should be based on popular vote. It seems obvious, but such an amendment would negate a state legislature from overturning the will of an electorate after the election without evidence of corruption.

No way you will get the small states to agree to it. Same as you would never get them to agree to give up the senate, or actual direct number of reps based on actual population.
