The US Senate confirmation vote on Trump's US Supreme Court nominee should be held early 1/2021.
Early January 2021 is when the next US Senate session starts. Democrats will be in the majority during the next US Senate session. Kelly-AZ, Hickenlooper-CO, Greenfield-IA, Gideon-ME, and Cunningham-NC will officially become US Senators.
