The Republicans are planning a putsch

. This trash about Obama packing the DC Appeals court has to be smacked down with a big stick. The Nukular option along with some serious calling out. The repukes are staging a putsch to take over the courts.

The Fundies have been packing .....everything...every office down to dog catcher. Everyplace they could squeeze in a Fundy they do it. They are staging a putsch to take over the whole country...

POTUS has the power to appoint more justices. Perhaps that's the only remedy for the juggernaut Republicans have constructed through gerrymandering and election manipulation.

When Roosevelt tried to expand the Supreme Court to more than nine judges, that was a deliberate attempt to route around a conservative majority that was striking down his legislative accomplishments.

Nobody is trying to pack the 9th Circuit Court. It's three judges short of its normal quote. Obama is trying to bring it back up to par. End of story.
