CA US Senate seat vacancies if Harris-D becomes POTUS in 1/20/2021 and Feinstein-D passes away?

CA US House Delegation has two minority female US House Members who are rising stars- Norma Torres-D and Nanette Barragan-D. Could either or both of these US House Members get appointed to the US Senate?

How damned ghoulish... Not 'retired' or quits, but dead in your plans for the future?

Rather reminiscent of the RW free-for-all when Justice RBG was hospitalized.

She’s 85 years old, it’s just being realistic. The likelihood of her not finishing her term are fairly high..

US Senators Dan Inouye(D-HI) and Frank Lautenberg(D-NJ) died while in office when they were 88/89 years old.
Feinstein-D has a 50-50 chance of completing her US Senate term.
