Anyone watching NY US Rep. Tom Reed-R on Hardball?

What was Reed's position on then President Barack Obama releasing his birth certificate?
If President Obama had to release his birth certificate to prove to the crazy Republicans that he was born in the US, President Trump should release his tax returns to prove that he is not a tax cheat.
