NJ Governor Murphy-D signed a law allowing Booker-D to run for the US Senate and POTUS in 2020.

If Booker-D seeks the Democratic nomination for the US Presidency, ends up on the Democratic Ticket, wins the 2020 November General Election for both US Senate and POTUS, a special Election Primary and General takes place in 2021.
