Anyone else getting problem with Yahoo from a web browser - "too many requests"? (They've fixed it now)

Can anyone else reach Yahoo sites at the moment - eg just yahoo.com, or their news site? I get the response "too many requests", with Firefox, Chrome (on PC or phone) or Edge browsers. It worked OK this morning, and the phone mail app still works for me. www.isitdownrightnow.com claims it's working OK for it.
