Why can't I get a live feed on YouTube?

I want to watch a stream that's going live and for some reason, it's not connecting.

I can click it on but I'm getting that circling thing and that's not stopping.

Haven't had this issue before.

Please advise, thanks.

UPDATE: OK, NEVER MIND, IT WASN'T SOMETHING I DID OR DIDN'T. IT WAS IN THE SYSTEM

Kamala's rally in WI?

I've just tried and am getting the same. Do you have VLC player loaded on your device. I've copied the youtube link and pasted into VLC and it's playing OK.
