Cartridge carrage will not move from the right side of my HP 6968.

Done the uplug and wait and replug lots of times.
On line has no other ideas for me to try. Still not working. Any suggestions?

Though I can’t remember the solution. This was in the hp faq and that worked. So take another look there.

Might have been paper stuck in the line of the carriage.
