McAfee, Norton or what else? I need basic support and
remote access from services from time to time. I'm fairly satisfied with M., just checking around for other companies.
Thanks in advance.

(5,758 posts)They offer a really great package and have been around forever. Most people have never heard of them, but they were focused mainly on business users for a long time.
The first time I ever used them was way back in the 90's at UofArkansas in Fayetteville. Back then they were known as F-Prot and were free.
Here is a link to their page for their Total Protect package...it is kind of spendy but it includes a lot of features like VPN and ID protection.

I am not affiliated with F-Secure in any way, just an ex-IT manager who used to handle security for the companies I worked for.
Here is a link to a page that tests all anti-virus products. It is the go to testing agency as they are not paid or supported by any particular company, they are independent.
