I need suggestions!

I want to buy a 24" monitor to hook up to my Dell computer.

The monitor needs to have a webcam and a microphone.

I am using Zoom on my laptop but I want to use it on my desktop instead.

for under 30 bucks. Yeah, I know, so much work clipping it to the monitor, but if one part fails you can still use the other part. And upgrades are easier.

And... you don't have to worry about leaving the camera on...

I had a Logitech camera that worked just great on Zoom. Lost that camera in a move, so picked up a no-name one for 10 bucks. Not as nice as the Logitech but it works.
