Is an at large county council member of a state's highest populated county a viable US Sen. cand.?

Will Jawando- at large county council member of Montgomery County.
Mother is a white woman from Kansas/Father is a black man from Nigeria.
Worked for Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Sherrod Brown.
Wrote the book “My Seven Black Fathers.
Jawando is 41 years old.

Hey, JD Vance never ran for office or worked in a political office his entire life and unfortunately Ohio elected him as Senator. He’s about as UN viable as they come.

Angela Alsobrooks and Will Jawando are my favorite. Both of them are black. I believe that Jawando is more progressive. Alsobrooks is the only female candidate in this election.
Alsobrooks will get endorsements from Kamala Harris, Aruna Miller, and Brooke Lierman.

He'll win it. The one thing that would block him is that the folks in Baltimore and the surrounding area probably won't want two Senators from the DC suburbs. John Sarbanes, Dutch Ruppersberger, Calvin Ball (insert Calvin and Hobbes joke here), or others may throw their hat in the ring. Heather Mizeur on the Eastern Shore has a good following in the state, and made a good run against Andy Harris in 2022. Don't count her out.
