Which state is going to elect its first black female US Senator in 2024? DE or MD?

DE- Carper retires, Blunt Rochester is a shoe in in the primary except against Carney and a shoe in in the general election.
MD- Cardin retires, Alsobrooks has to win in the primary against Raskin.
