Klobuchar can appease the progressive base by defending Ilhan Omar from Trump/Pence attacks.

It is not a Democrat's job to be held accountable for other Democrats especially in light of a mind blurring presence of spin to the context of the comment.

Amy or any Democrat should stay on message and not fall for these games. They will play them non stop.

responsibility to deal with it and that person is Rep. Omar.

She can speak for herself.

Sen. Kobluchar should do her best to stay out of this controversy. If pressed she can simply say the she accepts the sincerity of Rep. Omar's apology. It isn't Sen. Koblachur's job to defend her.
