current weather: 0 F ... Wind W 9 MPH Dew Point -8 Feels Like -15

Mid Wisconsin if mighty COLD!! --stay inside if you can.
Another downfall is we have no snow. ---or only an inch or two this year.

Here it's +11 feels like is +3 and dew point is +1. Downright balmy
compared to where you are. Stay warm.

Not much wind which is good thing. You remember January 1982? They still haven't settled on the official consensus of -60 windchill - regardless, it was d*mn cold. That day is what I use to admit it is cold outside. It might be cool, brisk, or invigorating otherwise but in my mind, it isn't cold unless windchill (or heaven forbid temperature) is -60 or below. I worked 3rd shift. I remember the seat in my car did not give when I got in. The V-8 did start, a bit begrudgingly, but it started. Helped I had a pretty full gas tank. Couldn't plug in the block heater at work.
