Lots of power out around Charlottesville, VA

Significant power outages in my area. We've been blinking but are still on here. This is only Dominion Energy customers. A significant number of electric customers in surrounding counties are not served by Dominion but by rural electric coops.

I've not measured, but estimate around eight inches of wet heavy snow is out there.

We only have a heat pump so we are making the house unusually warm in order to coast if power goes out. I suspect many of those out will be a day or more without power and lows are forecast in the upper teens

Looking at their map I see that we are shown as out in a group of 991. We are on, so I must now take these numbers as tentative. We were not shown as out when I first posted.
