Related: About this forumCould anyone answer some eviction judgment questions in Franklin County?
I lost the eviction case on 4/13 but don't what date and time I have to be out by. Since I sold my car and have no funds, I was unable to find a ride so no-showed and lost. Have no idea what is next except do not have anything on my door yet. The copy of the judgment was mailed Monday and is not in today's mail, so it will be here tomorrow.
I have 2 cats and never expected to be homeless without a car, plus I am sick and confused. I am selling stuff if I can but mainly plan to donate or leave everything.
I'm frustrated because I have a few pieces of decent jewelry and art to sell but getting a hold of anyone who can come look on such short notice is such a time-suck. Also have barely used appliances with boxes, documentation etc. but cannot see a way to get them out quickly without selling for so little that I honestly feel I should just give them away to random neighbors!
My ridiculous goal in 2 days is to sell enough to get a cheap, running used car, a cheap mobile plan, and maybe a Planet Fitness membership (due to the showering and parking).
Any suggestions? My crazy ex sold my car for 4000 less than the quote I got, but didn't tell me until the car was gone. He was still on the title. I would have planned for that, had I known.
Finally, I have to take pictures of the severe damage in the apartment from water for my ensuing case against them. I am a terrible photographer and wondered if anyone has tips to ensure the pictures would be able to used as evidence. (I already have a crazy amount of pictures of my nose! that are part of the case).
Thank you for reading. Life is so crazy.
