RFK Jr. faces more scrutiny for voting in NY after courts ruled he doesn't live there

The progressive watchdog group Accountable.US made that request this week in a complaint to an enforcement arm of the state Board of Elections, saying Kennedy had "blatantly violated" state law. It follows similar requests made to the state Attorney General's Office and Westchester District Attorney's Office in December that argued Kennedy had committed a felony.

It should be a simple matter since he would have had to sign electronically to vote in person. A ballot by mail would be accounted for going out and coming back

What was his intention in voting in a state he doesn't live in? Hoping to run for governor eventually?

The rich and connected can commit voter fraud with impunity. Just like everything else, it's a caste society with one set of rules for us, and a different set of rules for them.
