Is there a new “Mad Pooper”?

A neighbor in an Orchard Park, N.Y., neighborhood has complained to police that someone — maybe a jogger — left poop and tissue outside her home, reports The Buffalo News.

This smells a lot like what happened in a Colorado Springs, Colo., neighborhood in September when a female jogger there kept defecating in public. Neighbors nicknamed her the “Mad Pooper.”

Police called her behavior “abnormal.” Charmin even tried to flush her out by offering her a year’s supply of toilet paper if she turned herself in.
