PA-14 was flipped by Republicans, but the district was so re-drawn since the prior election that it was only technically a flip.
MN-1 and MN-8 were really flipped by Republicans.

Two districts flipped red, two flipped blue. 1 and 8 went red, 2 and 3 went blue. 8 went red because the Range thinks Trump is going to bring back mining (any day now...) 2 and 3 went blue because Lewis and Paulsen are assholes.

trends R. The bigger issue is the southern half of the district, particularly Chisago and Isanti, which were added to reduce the Range's political power.

And, at least the loser was not an incumbent, though I don't know if either Walz or Nolan could have kept theirs.
