Minneapolis restaurant manager, 45, charged with raping 16-year-old bartender
The assault took place after the victim's shift, according to the charge.
The manager and co-owner of Los Andes Latin Bistro in Minneapolis is accused of raping an underage bartender.
Prosecutors in Hennepin County this week charged Christian Quito, 45, with one count of 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with the investigation.
The alleged assault took place around 2:30 a.m. after one of the victim's shifts at the West Lake Street restaurant in September.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police Quito, the restaurant manager, said he needed to speak with her and she got into his vehicle.
The charge alleges Quito began touching her and refused to let her leave the vehicle, continuing to touch her as she asked him to stop.
