Went to the St. Anthony voting place at 7:35 a.m.. Light turnout, but there were people voting for sure. I saw this one truck that was parked way over on the other side of the lot and I thought to myself that this might be an 'observer'. But no, as I looked harder, I saw that it was just some person making a call. I did my thing and was out in about twenty minutes. I voted. Now, we wait.

(1,824 posts)Voted at 7:15 this morning in Wright County (rural) and was surprised to find a line. A fair number of younger voters in the line which is unusual for so early in the morning.

(7,106 posts)Being late fifties makes me little more than a child. But, I was glad to see what I perceived as a group of Democrats as opposed to a bunch of red hatted couples in Eddie Bauer and J. Crews. (No offense to either manufacturer.)
