No news link yet, but Minnesota's abortion restrictions have been ruled unconstitutional.

These restrictions include, among others: only physicians can abortions, felony penalties, two-parent notification for minors, required waiting period and mandatory ultrasound.

It means that may of the restrictions on abortion in the state -- only doctors can perform them, 24-hour waiting period, "informed consent," two-parent notification for minors, etc. -- have been declared unconstitutional.
