TV actor Nicholas Brendon has died

He was in all seven seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and he played Penelope Garcia's love interest on Criminal Minds. I never watched Buffy but I liked him as Garcia's boyfriend. Apparently, he was a tortured soul and had issues with alcoholism in real life. He was only 54. RIP.
Edited to add: He also had medical issues. He had a congenital heart defect and a heart attack a few years ago.
