Study of Bromeliad inflorescence

So difficult, standing on my head trying not to cast a shadow. The cup of the leaves holds water, the blooms open just above the water line, very delicate. Nikon Z MC 50mm, Z6ii

"A bromeliad inflorescence is a specialized, often long-lasting flower stalk that emerges from the center of the plant, featuring vibrant bracts (modified leaves) in shades of red, yellow, or purple that surround small, short-lived flowers."

and welcome back! It took me some time to get my mojo back after my "treatments" which were nothing as drastic and invasive as what you just went through, so it's good to have you back!
