It is cauliflower and since it's pink, I guess it must be pink cauliflower! I've never seen that particular vegetable before.

I will be here, off and on, over the weekend. The surgery is Monday. So I'm not entirely gone yet.

I’m retired, but my nurse brain is always “on.” A case of “you can take the girl out of nursing but you can’t take nursing out of the girl.”
