1. I loved them when I was in college.

They actually came to Slippery Rock for a concert. They were so wasted they could hardly stand on the stage. Sadly, it was the worst concert that I have ever attended. I still love to listen to their music.

The raunchiest band which we were allowed to have in concert was Blood, Sweat & Tears.

The video of VF performing on The Ray Anthony Show in 1968 is fantastic. The gifted bass guitarist, Tim Bogert, passed away in 2021. However, he had left VF years earlier.

VF drummer Carmine Appice joined Rod Stewart's band in the late 1970s. He is still touring with that band.
