126 Years ago today, Casey Jones was driving that train.

Accounts of that day vary, but none of them mention cocaine so I'm not going to post the most expected video. That's too obvious.
One thing is consistent Casey was engineer of a 10 wheeler called "The Cannonball".

That day on his Memphis to Canton Mississippi run he was leaving late by about 75 minutes. Pouring steam to the Cannonball he made over 80mph and made up about 55 minutes at the first stop. By the time he got to Durant, Jones was almost on time. He was quite happy, saying to his fireman Simon Webb at one point, "Sim, the old girl's got her dancing slippers on tonight!" as he leaned on the Johnson bar.

As he approached the town of Vaughan they rounded a curve and Casey was blind to a disabled train on the track ahead. His firemen spotted it and alerted Casey. He shut off steam, reversed the throttle, and slammed the airbrakes into emergency stop, before ordering, "Jump, Sim, and save yourself!" "You too, Casey!", Webb pleaded, but Jones firmly refused, "No! I'll stay at my post!". The fireman and messenger were injured from the jump at an estimated 60 mph, but Casey was crushed in the cab from the collision.
