So when they did this song, Trent returned to the stage to join in.
Pretty cool.

In a 2016 Rolling Stone article after Bowie's death, Reznor recalled how touring with Bowie in 1995–96 inspired Reznor to stay sober...

3 times before my wife and I ever met.
She was very jealous of that, so we saw him 3 times together.
I reminded her that as long as we went together she was never going to catch up.
